Annaliese Kirk

Hi! I’m Annaliese and I’m part of the PT team here at Culture Fitness.  If you’d told me back in high school that I would come to love exercise and be a personal trainer I would never have believed you – I did everything I could to avoid all forms of exercise. It wasn’t until my second year of university that I discovered a kind of exercise I did like! Out of this experience came my belief that fitness is for everyone but not ‘one size fits all,’ and I love helping people find the type of exercise that works for them. I am also a huge advocate for creating a sustainable, healthy, and enjoyable lifestyle both in and out of the gym.  With a background in human sciences I have a wide understanding of how we as humans function, physically, mentally and emotionally; and how that impacts the choices we make. My clients and I work together to incorporate this understanding into each person’s individual approach to training.
As a trainer, I specialise in areas of body confidence, weight loss, stretching & mobility, and strength & conditioning.  So if you’re new to exercise and would like some guidance; or if you’ve been training for a while and have hit a plateau in your results; or you’d just like a little extra motivation, I’d love to help.  Please feel free to contact me, I’d love to get to know you and find out what you’re working toward!

Paige Hubber

Hi, my name is Paige and I am a Personal Trainer here at Culture Fitness.  I grew up in the deep South where a lot of my time was spent playing (and still is spent playing) Netball, Tennis and Athletics which lead me to Christchurch. I have successfully gained a Bachelor of Sports Coaching and a Certificate in Personal Training. I specialise in weight loss, toning and gaining strength. I also enjoy giving guidance and support to help clients achieve their goals and I have a passion for sharing my knowledge on stretching to anyone who will listen as it is a crucial step in anyone’s workout and functionality.  Nothing makes me more excited than seeing my clients achieve their goals. Trust me, I’ll be just as excited as you will be!! Hi Everyone,  It's great it is to be part of the Culture Fitness team! And to be in a position to help you achieve your fitness goals, and realise even more of your potential.  I love the positive benefits of exercise, especially increased body awareness, and fully utilising one's muscles and movements. To me, exercise is a tool for increasing your quality of life, by translating what you learn inside the gym to life outside of the gym – whether that's playing with your children, managaing a day at work, or improving your athletic performance.  I believe exercise can be fun, and will leave you feeling a lot healthier, meaning: Increased energy, improved mental function, and deeper sleep. I look forward to assisting you  towards becoming a healthier and fitter 'you'.
